Return Policy

1. How do I return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be in the same condition it was received. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your order is received at A Rich Girl's Location, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment.The original shipping fee charged initially in the beginning at purchase will not be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. Any returned product that is deemed damaged, an excess fee will be accessed to you. We do not accept damaged returns! The refund will be applied to the credit card initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional  2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.


2. Exchanges will gladly accept exchanges in lieu of returns. The exchange has to be of equal value. If the purchase is more, be advised that you will have to submit the payment difference before your new product is shipped out.
